The drive up window is so convenient for watch battery replacement and jewelry repair. This is great for social distancing. However, I’ve been in this establishment, pre COVID, and I’ve always received excellent customer service!

Cailey jewelers is the only place I will go for all my jewelry needs! Todd Demming, the owner, not only knows his craft but also is sweet, pleasant, super accommodating and very easy to work with . Both my experiences with Cailey jewelers resulted in me being beyond happy with my purchases . Todd took the time and helped me pick out a beautiful diamond name plate necklace which I wear everyday and I get the most amazing complements on! We looked though books to find exactly what I wanted . He also revamped and updated my wedding and engagement ring and helped me make the most beautiful perfect design and the results were better than I even imagined ! Todd also made sure both of my purchases were done in a very fast time frame because of course I was very excited to get them! Thanks Todd and Cailey jewelers for making me one happy girl !
