You basic Strip Mall in NJ in need of a major face-lift. The Strongest tenant is the famous Alex's Barber Shop that has been a staple in Roxbury for generations. The Shop was at the Bowling Alley for decades before the move to this Plaza because of the expansion at the Bowling Alley.

It's a very convenient strip. A real good Krauszers, Chinese, pizza, hair/nails, barber, tattoo, laundromat. Kind of away from all the crowds. I go there often.
