I had a couple of rings to be put together. Took them half hour to fix. Would recommended the to everyone I meet. Best experienceive ever had with a jewelry store.

Sometimes the simplest tasks are most important !nnAfter purchasing a watch from another shop I was told to visit Alberto's to remove extra links.nI walked in and was immediately greeted by the manager.nnLori was attentive , the service was swift and I will be back.nLastly, their inventory of jewelry is vast- adorable pieces , fine jewelry and many 'gotta-haves'.nnStop by , you will not be disappointed.nE

Should have listened to the reviews about horrible service. At first, things went great. One of the employees named Lori was fantastic. She sat me down and we went through different engagement rings and she was able to find the one i was looking for without being able to describe it well. The best part was it came with a matching set and I would get to pick the main diamond so I went with them.nI was thinking I was doing something good. I found the ring i wanted and I was supporting a local business. After proposing to my fiancé, she was looking at the wedding band and found a minor defect on it so we brought it back and they said no problem we will remake it. The first two attempts were not even close, yet they tried to convince us it was. After the third attempt it was about 60 percent right. When we said this both of the men working, both of the owners from my understanding, got very upset with us and said there is no way they will make another ring and that my fiancé was being too knit picky just like his ex wife...at which point I tried to calm them down but also explained that his ex wife has nothing to do with this. I also tried to explain they I paid for a set and that it was identical the first time with just a minor defect so it's hard for us to understand why you can't do it again. They explained that if they made it like the first time then the side stones would fall out. We ask then why did you make it in the first place? With no answer, no apology, and them refusing to remake it again we left, with my fiancé in tears and me about a second away from going to jail. Moral of the story is don't deal with these d bags. They have no idea what customer service is or how to do their jobs.nWe were just glad they didn't touch the engagement ring to make it a matching set.

Resized my wedding ring. Buffed it ,looks brand new. Loved it!
