Diamonds by Dawn

So I’m really not one to leave lengthy reviews on anything or even describe negative experiences though I fully now believe that they should be shared in order to get a grasp of some weak spots in a business that can be easily corrected so occurrences like this don’t have to happen in the future by simply working on being much better in communications with their customersnnWhile trying to make this very short story even shorter I brought in a necklace to be fixed, which I was told would be a quick fix and that after leaving my information to some blonde girl behind the counter who 100% informed me that I would receive a call or text as soon As the jeweler Came back and fixed it which I was also assured would be within a very short time the same day. Never heard a thing, two days later I decide in the most polite and very well tempered and easy-going way to call to find out what was going on, at that point I realized/was informed the jeweler had never even looked at it until I called and then let me know it was gonna be $20 to fix having not done anything yet. OK thanks for wasting my time on that one, without a simple call or text to advise me about any of that at all so thanks for nothing on that end. Six hours goes by after my first call to confirm that it was fixed and it was! Again still not sure why I never received a call or text even after the second time to inform me that it was fixed and done for pick up. Terrible communication and just a poor first experience that I would not recommend

I already had in my mind to purchase an engagement ring, little did I know that Dawn would be the person to make this into a reality. She's an energetic, well educated gemologist who handcrafts and welds on her own. Gave a price, recieved a gift more than what I was looking for, for that price. Loved this experience, worth the trip to visit Dawn.
