Charged $42 for less than ten minutes of work to replace a clasp on a bracelet. They gave me an estimate of $20 when I dropped it off. Probably will go to the place across the street for future repairs.

Who doesn’t like gold, silver & diamonds? But so risky when you are not sure about the true quality. My advice....shop local...I do...happy Valentine’s Day.

I love Gerlach's! I've been going there since I was a little girl to buy everything from my first pair of earrings & first watch to watch repairs and jewelry. Love to browse all their estate jewelry too. It's a great family owned business - a mainstay in Madison. Always treated so nicely even if just going in for a watch battery.

I love this place, it's the only place I would consider going for my engagement ring.
