Wait time to pay a ticket is terrible. I waited over 4 hours to pay a simple ticket. The only reason that I am giving it 2 stars is because it is easy to locate and on top of that, the place is pretty clean. Parking is about 2-3 hours and then you may get another ticket depending on how long you take to pay a ticket... (?) Wednesdays are usually the day everyone goes, last I remember at least. Personally, I rather just park in the Stop and Shop parking lot which isn't that far and walk so you don't risk getting towed or another ticket. Last time I parked in Maple Street and that was fine. It's up to you.

Incredibly rude staff, hung up on me during our conversation. When I called back they gave me the wrong information.
