I was hesitant about getting the vaccine but I knew it was my duty to do so in an effort to protect myself and others around me from this deadly pandemic. The staff and especially the medical crew made me feel so comfortable and at ease and the procedure was almost painless. Brookdale Community CollegenCOVID19 Vaccination CenternnGreat! We'll Organized and Professionally run. Staff was helpful and Friendly. It was a Saturday and not crowded.
Love the campus. Just the right size. Went there to get my covid vaccine. Very efficient. Temp check, registration paperwork filled out, shot given, waited 15 minutes. Total time spent was just 30 minutes.
We were at Brookdale today for our 1st COVID Vaccine shot today. Everyone there was super plesant. Process flow was very orderly with spacing to allow everyone a comfortable feeling.
I attended a community college in Kentucky prior to enrolling at Brookdale and now I am at a private university in Manhattan, so I have a few schools to compare Brookdale to... I have to say, for a community college where the majority of the students pay very little (or nothing at all), Brookdale is a great school. Their class scheduling options were super flexible; the level of instructor was astounding for a county school (I was taught my multiple phd's there); the multiple campuses makes it impossible for you not to be able to take the class you need. As for the customer service: Welcome to New Jersey! If you think they are rude come pay $55,000 at year at Fordham University in NYC.... your head will spin.
