Tinton Falls Plaza

Much of the plaza is empty and in a state of disrepair. There is also a massive pothole in the entrance and god knows how long it will be before they pave it. Many of the businesses in the plaza don't do well either and end up closing within a year after opening.

Ample parking and good layout, but half the stores in this plaza are closed and most of the ones that are open are niche or small businesses.

Good deli. Great sandwiches.

Great pizza restaurant! Dollar tree. A Snapology for the kids. Also Cottontails children's resale, one of the best. Lots of parking too.

Well what is left in the Plaza are great establishments. Sad that it is more than half empty.
