Great to see girls HS soccer being covered as well as HS football. Looking forward to reading more posts on this form. I’ve enjoyed following Jersey Sporting News on Twitter & Eric Braun’s coverage of HS sports & now there is another venue to follow Jersey Shore sports.

Jersey Sporting news is such a great resource for community sports at the shore. No other paper compares to their coverage. I love the fact that they cover not only the boys sports but girls sports equally as well. They are comprehensive and include a wide range of sports unlike other publications that seem to focus efforts only on male dominated sports such as football, wrestling and baseball.nAdditionally, they have introduced a Cheer Fan Favorite annual event which recognizes the great performances of area cheerleaders and really gives a voice to the readers regarding their preference for cheer style. I was happy to see that the majority of the public preferred a more wholesome and traditional style. I look for this publication wherever I go in Monmouth County and find it to be available just about everywhere and, even better, it is complimentary to the reader.
