My father has recently passed leaving me one thing in his possession a rare Al Hirschfield caricature 1 of 37. I called the business while I was out of state visiting family, incredibly upset and trying to find money to bury him. not realizing what time it was in New Jersey and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me and belittling, didn’t believe I was out of state because of my area code. I told her that my father had passed away and she replied with and you call me at 5:30 in the morning??? while they have no business hours listed on their website. Incredibly snobby cranky childish insensitive and rude. Why is your business number connected to your personal one if you have not a single sense of decency. If I woke you up I’m sorry for that but the way you spoke to me was absolutely offensive and unprofessional. I will be telling everyone I know about the treatment I was given, regardless of the fact I woke you up out of your precious slumber. You are an indecent person. Be kind to people always, whatever time of day. I did not intend to wake you up and you never know what someone is going through.
