I love this shop. I always get beautiful and lovely items from this shop from online shopping. They are very accountable. They always reply my emails within 24 hours. They work so hard and generous. Once a while they sent me some lovely gifts with my purchased items. I am so appreciated. I don’t understand why some people leave such bad reviews for them. Regarding the conditions of the items, they always ask the shoppers to inspect the pictures and contact them for any questions. Each item that I have received is the identical item that listed online.

All fake items. jade/agate items are glass. silver items are steel. Wood/bamboo items are plastic. never do business with them.

Quan Rong is a great source for Chinese decorative art pieces. I have dealt with this auction house since 2014, and have always been pleased with their items and auctions. I have acquired several very nice Qing Dynasty jades,..all free of dyes and artificial aging. I have also acquired many nice shoshan stone items, some enhanced, others not. I always buy art for its beauty and not for the investment. Investment values go up and down, so investors are always on edge and seldom content, where as people who buy for beauty will always be happy and content.nnQuan Rong photos are always clear and allow me to accurately assess each item, to determine if it is an antique, antiquity, or simply a modern work of art. I have over 30 years experience in buying and selling Chinese art, antiques, and antiquities, from upscale galleries and auction houses, and ethnic art shows like San Francisco’s Tribal Art Show. All I can say is if you want affordable Chinese works of art and antiques, this is your source.

I LOVE this beautiful ox paperweight!!! It is so very detailed and the perfect size for my Lunar New Year display in 2021(the Year of the Ox). Arrived carefully packed and quick. Excellent seller who I look forward to repeat purchases soon!
