Ordered online and it said it would be delivered in a timely manner. I emailed because I wanted tracking info and they said it would be a month. Extremely vague and no apology, I get things happen but at least attempt to care.

Walked in at 5:43pm (know this because I checked my watch before walking over) after finishing at William Sonoma in hopes of finding something for Thanksgiving last minute. As soon as I walked in, the girl promptly let me know they close in 15 minutes. I had just started to browse, and instead turned and walked out, getting the feeling she wanted me gone. I would've understood letting me know a few minutes before they closed, but there were 17 minutes left til closing & I had just stepped foot inside. I only stopped by because I was at The Grove and had heard good things. I can't speak for the clothing, as I didn't get to look around. However, in trying times, customer service goes a long way in my personal opinion & I was definitely disappointed with this experience. I wish them better moving forward. Garmany always warmly welcomes me and never makes me feel rushed, and for that reason they continue to get my business time & time again.

Absolutely beautiful pieces- clothing, jewelry, home, gifts- all are selected with an eye for quality. My go-to place for special gifts for others and for myself :) love it! And the staff are so warm and helpful♡

Just bought a fabulous Ted Baker dress, Spiritual Gangster workout outfit, stunning pair of earrings and serving platter. Chelsea has it all! A boutique like no other in the area. Family run with a dedication to service that is hard to find. Love them!
