This store has the worst customer service.nI purchased Kate Spade purse in the store and the strap broke off completely after the 1st time wearing it. I wanted to return this defective item back to the store in less then 30 days from the purchase date to get my money back. The manager said that the bag has manufacturing defect and offered only store credit. Even though I tried to return the purse within their 30 days return policy she refused to give me a refund. Customers should be able to return defective merchandise for a full refund instead of store credit for your poor quality merchandise and rude attitude.nThe quality of Kate Spade merchandise went downhill and they don't care about their reputation.

Picked up a few things for my wife. The inventory was awesome and the staff was very helpful..
