We bought our wedding bands from here and it was an absolutely perfect shopping experience! Neither of us know much about jewelry, but the salesperson walked us through the process and offered smart recommendations without feeling pushy at all. The rings were ready in half the time (estimate was 7-10 days, they came in on day 4) and picking them up was quick and easy. Every person we interacted with was wonderful and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Very busy when we went in, but very organized and friendly staff. They explained custom options, then helped us look at different types of rings. Loved the selection, very fair prices, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

AVOID. low ballers, untrustworthy. We got offered almost double at another jewelry store. You are better off shopping or selling anywhere else honest opinion!nnIn response to your response. You are so full of it! An organized spiel for the people too see here online. Sad. Your staff started low balling us before we even took items out. It was unreal. We only went because we heard the commercial. Some random jewelry store literally offered double what you guys did. Scary part is how many people you are successfully low balling and they have no idea because they didn't try somewhere else.

Such a wonderful place! Had a very good experience with all the staff! They worked so hard to have our rings sized in time for our wedding in such short notice (within 4 weeks). I had to re-size my ring 3 times to get it to fit, but they were very determined and so reassuring. Our rings are so beautiful, and we have all of them in time for our wedding!
