Amber was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Very friendly and informative. Jennifer is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I don’t think I’ve ever met a sweeter group of people. They really made me feel like family. One thing is for sure if I ever have anyone ask who I have for insurance I will for sure be sending them to the nice young ladies at Jennifer Jacobs State Farm! I wish there were more stars than five because I would most definitely give them 7 stars for sure.

I’ve been with this agency for a while now and they are so professional & so friendly! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Everyone here is professional and knowledgeable. Especially Sarah. I love talking to Sarah whenever I need something or have a question. Whenever I ask her something; if she doesn’t know the answer (which is rare) she is super quick to find the answer and get right back to me. She is such a joy to do business with!!nI give this agency 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Amber was an absolute delight through the insurance shopping/buying process. I stayed with the same company for over 20 years because I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching. Amber did everything for me! It was so easy and fast not to mention, I'm saving money AND getting better coverage. Highly highly highly recommend this State Farm office and particularly Amber!

Amber Jecker was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I really appreciate their fast response in getting me a quote and setting my family up for auto and home owners insurance. I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for insurance especially if you have a new teen driver
