The lady on the phone was rude and she didn’t want to help me

One of the most soft spoken, beautiful, compassionate judges- Jude Susan Clark. What an honor to stand before you, as a woman with grace and dignity. These people are thieves. Demand money or else.. very rude on the phone and insulting. I can come plea with the prosecutor and beg of the judge to add court cost on and deny a payment plan. I had to give one star to write my review. Sad. Picking pockets of people who are barely making ends meet.
