DO NOT ATTEND ACADEMY WEST. IT'S BAD!! Its hard to Beleave this but my child lost out on all of her competition which we paid $1,200 for and they had to cancel due to covid19. I feel we are owed a partial refund. When i called to pull my child from their program there was no apology or any.. i paid around $4,000 they only had 1 meet. They canceled the rest of the season. I paid 100% of everything. That was another issue with the gym they didn't know how to handle their books... WORST GYM EVER DO NOT GO!!! kids didn't even win hardly anyone even won ribbons or anything...MANAGEMENT IS UNHINGED AND HUMILATED MY KID!!! DO NOT GO!!!! My kid came home crying all the time.... ACADEMY WEST WILL MONEY SHAME YOU AND MAKE YOUR KIDS CRY... ALSO, they lie i paid 100% they were trying to say this before the pandemic but I finally got them to admit it. I guess they all are thinking of the same thing..

Absolutely love this place and so does my 4 year old! The staff and coaches are very professional. I love how they teach the kids structure but always keep it fun, and exciting!

I was just at academy west today to watch a gymnastics competition. The meet began at 3 and it was recommended for gymnast to be there 30 minutes early so we arrived early as well to secure a good seat( especially when I’m paying to get into the gym to watch) There were no seats available, and over 50 people were forced to stand for almost a 2-3 hour event. When we arrived we were assured that the amount of people was because of a previous meet and it would clear out and there would be enough seats. Not to mention the parking lot is horrendous and you have to park in literal mud. For how much gymnast families pay in gym fees/team fees it is disappointing that their hard work can not be enjoyed by their families.

My Boy Girl twins attend the Tumbling Tadpoles and I can't express enough how much I love the class. Coach Tonya is wonderful with the kids. She does a fantastic job of teaching the students to have respect, taking turns, and following the rules. My children are truly learning from these these tumbling classes.

I've worked with Academy West for over 4 years now and also worked with Courtney (their optionals coach) for many years before. They have been so positive and amazing. I can't say enough great things about everyone that works there. They are organized, great with the kids, personable and so friendly. I've always felt like this gym was my home away from home and see how happy the kids are.
