Red Bank Municipal Court

Today I had a court day at red bank municipal court (Trial) , I got a moving violation ticket while I was leaving the municipal building in October 2019 , and I wanted to defend myself because I know that I’m not guilty and I was not supposed to get that ticket and I didn’t do anything wrong . Anyway I had a court day scheduled for December and I showed up and spoke to the prosecutor and judge and told them everything happened . The judge told me that he will reschedule for a trial on 01/16/2020 which was today . I told him to ask for a video from the police vehicle because all police vehicles in the USA have camera that records the inside and outside and that’s the only way to prove that I’m not guilty, he told me that I have to contact the prosecutor for that .nAnyway I sent email to the prosecutor requesting for the video and I sent payment 1.74$ by check like I was told .nI received the CD in the mail which was supposed to show me video of the violation but I was surprised because when I played the video in the computer it was BLANK .nToday when I was in the court the prosecutor was trying to give a deal to pay something and 0 point and I said no . I gave him the CD and told him that it’s BLANK and doesn’t show anything against me .nHe told me to wait in the court room and he will call me back after he watches the video in his laptop, he called me back and he said yes you are right the video is BLANK and tried to give me the same deal again and my response was no .nWe went to Trial the cop who gave me the ticket was in there and he was telling the judge his story which was not true of course , I told the judge my story and I even swore to say the truth only. When I told the judge about the video I’ve received he asked the prosecutor about it and the answer was (the cameras were not working the day I got the moving violation ticket ) . at that time I felt that they making fun of menbut unfortunately his decision (judge) was not fair and I ended up paying 189$ plus 2 points.nUnfortunately racism and discrimination still exists over here and there is no Justice and honesty in this court .
