My dad used to teach here 15 years ago. When my son turned 5 he said he wanted to be like papa and learn karate. He loves going to class and learning all the karate techniques. The environment is fun and friendly. And the teaching is perfect for kids of this age group. They build independence in your child that you can’t find in any other sport. Would recommend
We LOVE Bobby Lawrence Karate!!! Our daughter looks forward to classes every week, and watching her learn self confidence, strength and discipline is just what we were looking for! Along the way we’ve made great friends and love our karate family! The staff is great and so willing to listen to parents concerns to better the facility. The instructors are patient and kind. 5 stars all the way around!
BLK has been great with my kid! They awesome with communication with me when I need them to help focus on issues helping teach my child respect. She is behaving much better. She absolutely LOVES karate!!
We are so happy we chose to put our daughter in BLK. The changes we have seen in her have been amazing. From not having to ask her to brush her teeth to hearing “yes ma’am” when we ask her to do something. She has really enjoyed it as well. She does get frustrated when other kids in class won’t listen because she feels it takes from her learning. So they could maybe be a little more strict but I also understand these kids are young and are their releasing energy. Overall we have no regrets
We have really enjoyed having our son at Bobby Lawrence karate in West Jordan. The owner has been fantastic to work with and they have great communication. Our son loves going to karate and the instructors are so fabulous with the kids.
