If I could give zero stars or even half a star I would. This is the WORST pharmacy to have to deal with. We have patients that infuse monthly and every month there are numerous issues with every patient! Not one order can go smoothly b/c you have so many different call center staff that clearly do not know how to do their job. We even got in contact with someone higher up and all they did was mess up authorizations and dispensing sites. SO frustrating. I feel bad for patients that have to deal with these pharmacies directly. I at least am getting paid to do my job to deal with this POOR customer service. It's unfortunate that patients do not even have a choice in the matter the majority of the time b/c their insurance mandates to this horrible pharmacy. Shame on this business for making things so awful to have to deal with. People being sick along with having to deal with pharmacy staff that don't know how to do their job to best assist these patients is not acceptable. Awful, just awful.nnAddition: I just read through previous reviews and I am not surprised, I didn't see ONE positive comment!!! Just goes to show that no matter who complains NOTHING changes!!
This is not a pharmacy but a pharmaceutical company named Optum
They have an automated system that takes all of your information that you have to be on the phone with for 6 minutes. Then you finally get through to a representative and they ask the same questions again. Doesn’t save time. Extremely frustrating having to verify myself more than once. Only reason I’m using them is because my drs office is forcing me to and won’t give me my shots themselves. I had to talk to 4 different representatives just to approve the medication before they would send it out. This company is the worst. Nothing convenient about using this service.
Briova was bad and all hopes of Optum making things better have diminished. When you call you cant understand most of the customer service employees. Prepare to be on hold for an average of 40 min.nMake sure to document every call and status. For a specialty pharmacy dispensing life saving drugs, you would think they would be on top of things.
The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I'm have a monthly injection subscription that I need to take for my pregnancy and EVERY. MONTH. I need to call in asking what the status of my shipment is because I need my next supply. It gets treated like a new subscription each time. 'When is your appointment? We will ship to your doctor's office.' Each time I need to tell them, it doesn't get shipped to my Dr office. It comes to my home. They never send me bills. They never contact me if there is an issue or if they need anything from me. I am on a financial assistance program to pay for the medication. They were given ALL of the info to add to my account via a phone call. I was told everything has been added. A week later 'we're not showing that info on your file.' Ridiculous. It's quite comical that the slogan when Google searching is 'Easy Prescription Refills'
