I literally never leave reviews but I had to! First of all I came to get my 2nd piercing on July 18th. Shay was the piercer. It was easy and didn’t hurt at all. I left there satisfied. When I got home I realized that the piercings were uneven. I tried to get over it but I couldn’t! ud83dude2d I called today (July 20th) and spoke with Amanda who was pleasant over the phone. I explained the issue and she told me to come in and I can redo it. It was bothering me so much that I actually left work early and went to get it done. When I got there I was met with Shay again. I explained what was wrong and she was more than happy to help. This woman went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! And made sure that I was satisfied with where the little mark she put looked before actually piercing it. I honestly took forever to make up my mind on whether or not the spot that was going to be pierced was even. I felt so bad and kept apologizing for being annoying lol. But Shay was not bothered at all. When it was finally time to pierce it was just as easy as the first time and it’s legit perfect! She was the best! I’m looking to get more piercings done in the future and I’ll be sure to ask for Shay when the time comes.

Go here if you want to be wrongfully accused of stealing. So I was at this place today and had a very bad experience. Basically I was there with my friend for one thing, a bracelet with an infinity symbol. We were at the rotational stand where they had those sort of bracelets and I noticed one of the workers staring at me. So I felt a bit uncomfortable so I tried to move out of her sight. But I saw everytime I would move back she’d still be staring at me. So I would like do a nervous laugh and try to get out of sight. Now yes, I understand that behavior can look sort of suspicious and yes we were teenagers but that does not mean we’re stealing because then the two workers literally started talking about us right in front of our faces. The one staring at me was like “good thing the mirror is right above them” and the other said “yeah and the central camera that literally sees the whole store.” It was obvious they were talking about us since the other customers were a family not near the mirrors. And they wanted us to hear them because they spoke significantly louder saying those statements. I thought this was very unprofessional and I’m only 15. I was very angry because I was not stealing and me and my friend would never do that. I did buy the bracelet which was very awkward because I went up to the women who was staring at me and accused me. She didn’t say a word until the price and then said “have a good day” not very kindly but you know what, I said “you too!” Because you should always be the bigger person. Basically don’t go to that Claire’s.

The girl who pierced my ear was so sweet and told me everything as she was doing it. I loved it! And my earrings look great :)

I brought my four year old to get her ears pierced. We were helped by Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful. My daughter FREAKED OUT after the first ear. It took almost an hour to do the second one. Ashley was able to handle her and being the only one in the store to help customers and answer the phone. She was patient and kind the entire time. Even though it had to have been a huge inconvenience, her calm demeanor and patient professionalism made us feel so much better.

This is the worst place.nnI took my daughter for ear piercing. They did not so it properly. We called them the following morning and she told me that we can come after few weeks and get it done.nnFew weeks later, we went there. They said they will redo it for free. We have to buy the earrings again.nnThis is a scam. Would not recommend this place anyone.
