I can't express how pleased I am with Countertop Factory. The entire process was so painless, affordable and accommodating.
So, I started with a call and a visit to their showroom. Found a couple of samples and brought them home. They answered all of my questions along the way.
When I was ready I submitted a simple drawing with simple measurements. They have me a quote, which was below other laminate vendors I've tried. When I said yes to the quote they came out to do a full measurement on it.
This is where things got interesting. My oven (pictured) barely fits in the space between cabinets. When measuring things they caught this without me saying anything. And they made plans for it right then. On install day they took special care to make sure the oven fit.
Speaking of install, in was painless. They were clean, polite, answered my questions again, and took much less time than expected.

The counter top factory is the best company for laminate countertops. I went into their show room I was able to pick from a very large selection exactly what I was looking for. They helped me fine tune countertop measurements. They do installs and they staff is extremely friendly.I highly recommend them and i will be back.
We had a quartz counter top installed a year ago. These guys did a great job. We would definitely use them again.
The countertop factory took care of us. We needed a computer desk that was custom order. They where able to fit us in with quick turn around. If your looking for commercial laminate or residential laminate countertops I highly recommend you come here.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I went to the Countertop Factory with an idea of what I wanted, but also wanted some feedback. Rod in the showroom was awesome, gave me some helpful insight and took great care of me. I got two smaller vanity countertops for 2 different bathrooms, and they are perfect! The turnaround time was extremely fast and the guys worked around my schedule. Any questions I had were addressed very quickly, I received responses to my emails within the hour, and the customer service was outstanding. Any time I called in, I was addressed by name and was treated like I was the most important customer, even though I know they were extremely busy. I received a beautiful product AND amazing customer service, and it's hard to find both anymore. Not to mention, the pricing was great. If you want to get a great product, great customer service, and great pricing, this is the place to go!
