Had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and professional. The offices were very clean and bright.

Beware. My employer recently sent me here for an on the job injury. I saw Dr 'T' and was met with no sympathy and verbal abuse. I did have a prior injury to the same area I injured but it was without a doubt a new and different injury to a seperate area of that body part. I was repeatedly told it was a 'flare up' of a pre existing injury when the MRI report showed otherwise. When discussing the MRI report with me the doctor twisted the report to deceive me into believing this injury wasn't a result of what happened on the job. He fast talked me like a slimy car salesman trying to sell me a lemon on a car lot. It was clear to me the doctor is more concerned about his paycheck from the insurance company. This is unethical behavior to change the narrative and nature of the injury to satisfy the insurance or meet insurance policy concerns. The nature of my injury was not serious and all I needed was a few weeks of time to let it heel but he simply refused and was given 3 days of transitional duty. After researching my injury I've discovered it takes up to 6 weeks for this to subside. I was forced back to my full duty job of unloading an average of 10 thousand pounds of product per day. After bearing excruciating pain for almost 2 days the injury recurred right back to where it was. After explaining this to the doctor and explaining to him that my injury simply needs time to heal, I was told in these exact words 'Tough, thats your job and you have to deal with it'. I've never encountered such inappropriate behavior and unprofessional conduct from a medical examiner in my life.nAfter this experience of dealing with Dr T I feel the doctor used unprofessional conduct, provided substandard care, was unethical, dishonest and was negligent. Duty of care was breached by the doctor and this breach of duty caused harm and pain and then was verbally abusive. All I needed was time for my injury to subside. It was a simple treatment plan which was withheld from me. As of this time I believe this indicates a violation of the medical practice act and will be filling a complaint with the board of medical examiners.

I really appreciated how kind the receptionist staff was and I was extremely impressed with the doctor and radiologist. Overall a very kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff.

My recent visit to Concentra was and as always seamless. Upon entering the office, I could feel warmth. This atmosphere is conducive to quick recovery. The entire staff was fantastic, not to mention Dr.T. Every patient feels (at home) with him.nI definitely would not change anything, except to serve breakfast.nWe are happy for such a Professional team.

Your service is excellent even your environment. My only advice is for you to place a hands free sanitizer for your clients. To me it befits your standard. Thanks.
