My Wife and I are having a baby next month and we needed to have a car seat installed and inspected. She works at Rutgers and heard of Rutgers Emergency Services offering the car seat safety program. I went there and the gentleman, Ben helped me right away with installation and showed me how to adjust, remove and secure the seat. I was in and out in 10 minutes. We feel safe and confident now traveling because of Ben and the Squad offering this important program! I would highly recommend this for anyone expecting who has a car seat that needs to be safely installed!

Super helpful place to have your child / baby car seat inspected. St Peters recommended we come here for the inspection as most people have them installed wrong. We almost had it right, but the people here were kind enough not just to fix it, but also explain how everything works and the common mistakes to look out for.

The department came to my school to talk about their services and how they are here to help us. With a lot of pamphlets so we are informed they exist. The moment I need them, they say they can't help me. How dangerous can it not be for a 25 yo female to have a flat tire in the middle of Newark!? Not even a, can I offer assistance in getting home safely?nYou can help with jumping a car but not changing a tire? What's the discrimination with the service? Isn't the police the people I should trust to have my back in moments of danger?
