Our experience with this company so far has been wonderful. We are building a new home and went to them for our quartz countertops. We met with Val, he was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick a stone we loved. Not to mention they had a HUGE selection. The countertops won't go in for a few months, and I'll update this review once that is all done but so far so good!
This has got to be the worst granite company. I have looked at over 100 countertops in other homes and I have not found what they tell me is standard for the industry. If you look at the pictures, the blue tape indicates the large pits in the countertops. While this is one small area of my kitchen, these pits are all over my kitchen and bathroom countertops. They claim that this is standard for granite - I submit that if this were standard, no one would consider putting granite in their home. I have contacted them multiple times to fix it. They refuse. The other pictures I have attached - with the white crevices - show food that I cannot get out of the cracks. Again, if it is standard for food to get stuck in the countertops, no one would put granite in their kitchen, let alone their bathrooms. Horrible company. Keep looking if you want quality workmanship. Unfortunately, I didn't have the option of choosing my granite company. The builder (who also provides shoddy finish work through many of their sub contractors) chose this company.

We highly recommend the company and Martha specifically, she's fun and knowledgeable and we felt we could trust her entirely with such a huge selection and install for our new home!
