I have ordered 1 item from Costway , Gold plus corporation . Have not had any success reaching anyone on any phone line . Gold plus number is disconnected. Costway has had me on hold over a hour twice only got operator once was told package shipped . It was shipped in three different boxes , two of which have come and the third has been lost . Not able to put together with half missing . Now unable to simply report missing package because no one will answer . Spent $250 dollars to have two thirds of an item and be aggravated . Very unprofessional . No concern for customers
