Great driver, great staff, great vacation
Bus #14 has pulled in to our place of business and has all handicapped parking blocked...how courteous and respectful...NOT!!! Thank you for visiting, please do not return to Dickson.
This company had been used in the past to provide a yearly trip that had been happening for 17 years. Two years ago I took over the yearly tour. That first year the bus has major issues with audio/visual and other small mechanics. I decided to use the company again this year because I thought they deserved a second chance (under my tenure).. I expressed the concerns from the previous year. I was assured they would be addressed and noted. I service I got inclided a bus that kept shutting off and we had to keep waiting long period to get it to restart. It also kept filling with exhaust to the point that the saftey and frankly the lives of my elderly passengers were being jepordized. The company seemed to not care. No apology or contact was made from the company.
