I have been buying jewelry from this establishment since 2005. The service from Karen, Tony, and the rest of the team is absolutely fantastic. I would not buy jewelry from anyone else. Their merchandise selection is absolutely gorgeous and top quality. Karen will even take the time to help design something for you if she doesn’t have it in the store. Still to this day, my wife gets compliments on her rings and earrings wherever she goes. They are friendly and treat you like family. They have won my business and loyalty forever. Ken

Always get the best service at Fredric Goodman. Don’t get to go very often anymore since we moved, but when I do they always treat you like their best customer. Never have a problem finding just what I’m looking for!

The chain broke on a necklace on mine and I took it here to get fixed. They fixed it within a few days and texted me when it was ready. Great customer service and very happy with the repair. Super friendly staff, also I think the price was very reasonable

We had the most wonderful experience with Frederic's Fine Jewelers. We brought in my great-great-grandmother's ring and they fixed the chipped diamond, used all the images we brought them to design the rings for both of us using the diamonds. Every step of the way they checked in to make sure we were happy with the design and price. The rings also came in much faster than anticipated! We are so happy with our rings and would highly recommend Frederic's.
