Terrible service. Came here emergently from work due to low tire pressure and fear of a flat tire. Mechanic wouldn’t give me the price before plugging the tire then charged me incredibly high prices. When I tried to discuss price with manager and how they refused to give me the price before doing the work, he was incredibly rude and filthy— he deflated my tires and called the police, who had to negotiate the issue.nnSpoke with the BBB; the manager’s response was rude and nasty. He antagonized me for being a female health care worker. Didn’t get around to this when it happened but will look into pressing charges against the manager and the business.
The gas station service and staff is friendly but going to them for repairs is a ripoff. Once they asked me for around 300 dollars to fix my car and saying that it needed a new alternator. Unfortunately, I knew that my alternator was brand new so I just put in a new battery and my car worked fine. I decided to give them another chance and ended up with a bill of over 200 just to get an oil change and an inspection. Ugh.
Do not go here for gas unless, you have some kind of rewards program with Exxon. The gas prices here are always much higher. Considering it is a chain already making money, I don't understand the reason for them to have a higher price than their independent competitors. The workers that service you are professional. The store has a variety of snack and drinks. It is also very clean.
Al is an excellent mechanic, great staff, great prices, honest, guarantees his work and a pleasant guy. Stop in, you will be glad you did!
Good spot for topping off your gas tank and for quick fixes such as headlight replacement, tire replacement, and oil changes.
