Kroger Pharmacy

Typical pharmacy service until they are busy or close to closing time. If you are unfortunate enough to have to visit during one of the previously mentioned times their staff tend to be less than courteous. Maybe it has been due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and all the stress that I can imagine comes with their jobs during this time. Hopefully they prove me wrong and I can edit this review to 5 stars soon! Until then let’s keep smiling and remember to be kind to one another.

If it's not one thing then it's another. Workers comp doesn't like to fill your prescriptions on time I get that now. It's more of a punishment than anything. So I start taking my prescriptions 3 to 5 days early to the pharmacy so I can have them filled on time because that's usually how long it takes after my prescription should be filled if they're not there early. Yes when my prescription is due and workers comp wants to punish me it takes 3 to 5 days after.nnWith that being said the issue has now been the fault of the pharmacy. More than once, more than twice, it's actually been more than I can count on both hands. At first it always seemed as if it was workers comp fault but now I'm beginning to see where the issue really lies. This month for instance Kroger had my prescriptions 5 days early. Three of them in fact and today when I went to pick them up guess who didn't have them ready? Workers comp had verified the prescriptions but the pharmacy only called in two of the prescriptions. SERIOUSLY? So now it's a waiting game because they have to contact workers comp and get approval. AGAIN.nnI'm not sure if Kroger Pharmacy really values their customers because they would be losing at the very least $1,000 a month if I switch pharmacies. For now it's just three prescriptions and who knows what's coming later. Before when I didn't have to depend on taking medication all the time or every month Kroger always had my medications filled but it was always an occasional refill. Kroger Pharmacy what is really going on? Your service has fallen off big time and it really shows with the reviews.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero stars I would. It's every time I've had to fill a prescription here, the service is awful. They are way understaffed, the staff is rude, when they tell you a time when your prescription will be ready it never is. In fact many times it's never filled and you have to wait long wait times to find this out..due to the fact they never answer the phones. Which I don't understand because they always have people there. So a lot of time is wasted. They need to find a manager for this pharmacy that knows what time management is and how to be more efficient for this location. Because you can spend an easy 30 mins or more waiting either in line or through the drive thru. Unacceptable service!!

This Kroger's is a very great Kroger's and I like it very much and my mother does too

Yes they say they are open till 10:00 PM but they don't answer the phone. Which to me means they are understaffed or just don't care. Have been waiting for meds since Sunday and this is Thursday. Not making a long drive at night unless they will have prescriptions ready. At least answer the phone people!
