Excellent service during these trying times. I was able to email my document and confirm receipt right over the phone. They advised it was ready and i was able to pick it up immediately (For free). The service was absolutely seamless. They provided Great customer service and assistance when I needed it most!

Always support your local library! Your active participation only makes them stronger. Funding for libraries increasingly goes by the wayside but they should be celebrated as the heart of the city. I’ve been using our library for 6 years and encouraging my students to do the same. The last month of Grab and Go Kits on Tuesday have been a summer highlight for our family...creating projects and making recipes together. Please continue to reach out to the dedicated librarians...they have a plethora of knowledge and resources!

Printers do NOT print personnel not tech savvy

The staff at the East Orange Public Library is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had some special requests with which the staff was able to give me assistance. I love the East Orange Public Library!

I came in to make copies of emails, didn't know things changed with the ticket/printer. Mrs. Thomas was such a sweetheart she didn't hesitate to help me. She stepped right in and made my day. She is so nice and pleasant...I love her! Sometimes it's the little things that ppl do for you that makes you smile.Thank you :)
