They will give you product that is the WRONG thing and charge you restocking fee when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SUGGEST THE PRODUCT. The manage said she has been doing this for years and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. SO MUCH FOR SHOPPING LOCAL. As much as I hate to say it shop AMAZON.

Returned an item here, the girl that was working didn't know much about doing it. She had to call someone on the phone to talk her through how to do the return. It took about 15 min to do the return which is crazy. She was friendly. The store was neat and clean.

Talked to the lady on the phone. I said I need a VGA adapter Male to two female that will extend to each monitor individually not mirror. So my laptop has it's own screen...and each of my two monitors will have their own screen. I do not want my two additional monitors to mirror each other. I got a VGA adapter with two female and my two additional monitors do not extend they will only mirror each other. Now it is costing me time and gas to return this to someone who obviously doesn't understand what I need. I would give a 0 stars if I could.
