File a claim with Detective Marshall Richardson on the may 6th to release my vehicle as today May 10th cannot reach Detective Richarson, left numerous voice messages along with tex message to no avail. Hence I'm racking up up storage fees because vehicle will not be release without the release Form....just place another call and it goes straight to voice mail which means he has turn off his phone off ....This is Newarks Best!!!!!
I would give this negative stars if possible. It amazes me that not a single person who works here has any interest in even pretending to do their jobs.
