Horrific. Takes half a year to get on the court calendar. Then they keep postponing cases because the prosecutor doesn't have time to read and review evidence. And yes, this is a money generating town which means they constantly give out false parking tickets so they can steal court admin fees from people. The whole town is corrupt.

Montclair has a on going class war going on. See that use parking to extort and steel money from residence. They purposely set it up that if you rent an apartment here you also have to pay the town to park your car because according to them it’s against the law to park on the street.Really Really But buying the permit does not help at end of the month you will still get tickets because they know you will not take the time to go to court to see the biggest crookest Judge in the country. He is a Disgrace and a joke. His soul purpose is to Extort and steal money from residence. How do these guys get away with this sh-t?
