Greyhound is one of the worst out there. The bus I was supposed to board from here was 2 hours late. And this is not a out of the blue experience, I have gone through this few times before when I had to book a greyhound bus in the last moment. I am yet to see such level of poor customer service and disrespect from another transportation company in the US.
There never on time but if your late you get changed or the drive are nasty
