Employees get what you ask for if it’s an item in the BCCLS system. Service has been cordial and efficient. Computers available as are programs for adults and children. The proposed move to the VA building will allow for what I hope to be a more pleasing ambiance, more space and additional facilities. One does need to overlook the location over DPW at this time.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. During our different visits, staff helped us find the books for my daughter. Could also order books from other libraries.Staff knows which section has which collection without need to check in PC which surprised me. U all are the best !!!

I just walked out of the library. The older lady in the front desk was not helpful at all. I needed to go in to return about 10 books and I had to make a payment and check out 2 more books. She took care of me when it came to making a payment but when I asked for the book I was looking for she told me they're closed and she can't help me. I knew I could have looked online to see if it was available, she didn't even give me that option. When I finally asked her if I can do it online (although I knew I could) she said yes. So I asked what exactly should I do on the website, she said just follow the instructions they tell you what to do. Worst service ever!!!!!!

Kids library not for adults..

This place is great!!! The librarians are helpful and nice.
