A beautiful store. Annie was so nice, extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry, and not pushy at all. We didn't make a purchase here but our experience was so good I had to share. They didnt make us feel pressured or uncomfortable unlike previous experiences we had at their competitors.

I previously purchased an engagement ring through the Jared online custom platform. When I did receive it, it was not entirely what I thought it would be. Needless to say, an engagement is a huge step and you do your best to have the ring signify love and commitment but also tasteful to your woman’s preference. I went into this store with not high expectations, hearing many a horror story of no returns on engagement rings ESPECIALLY when customized. That was farrrrrr from the case with this location and my eternal thanks goes to Taline Nehme. I ended up having to go to this location twice and when I returned the second time (face mask and all) she remembered who I was. She made this work for me and I ended up leaving with a ring far superior to the one previously purchased. She’s a god send, she helped me find a ring that speaks to the personality of my future fiancé and I left feeling amazing because I know my love’s getting what she deserves. Taline worked with me, she was patient and gave top notch customer service. I felt she cared about ensuring I left a satisfied customer.
