Place is not to bad. Has UPS, Aldi and sushi. My only issue is people double parking, dropping off their packages.

Stopped there for dinner at Houlihan's. Nothing much else in that mall that I can honestly say I'm interested in

Nice shops located in a clean area.

It's a little strip mall on Rt. 4 in Paramus. It has some nice shops, a Starbucks, Blick artist store & a pregnancy store, I think. The big draws are the Houlihan's & Starbucks, IMHO. The Houlihan's is excellent, clean & has a 2nd floor eating area & the food is fantastic.nnThe only drawback is the parking is limited & sometimes you have to wait for a spot & getting out of the mall is a nightmare. The exit is onto busy traffic on RT 4. I've done it many times, but it still makes me nervous because you don't have your own lane; you have to wait for a break in traffic.
