Great place to visit. The trailers have bigger yards than most trailer parks
Trailer park with nice residents
I live here, next door to the LaHavana 59. Janet the manager is a doll and friendly and fair and will work with you if you need time to pay the rent. Don't screw her over she is a business person first and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the rent is controlled.
They dont put much into maintenance. New roads took years to get
Affordable housing in Bergen County NJ. Convenient to NYC transportation, shopping, parks, schools and houses of worship.
