New management is a disgrace. She lets so much illegal building go on in this park that it looks horrible now. No permits! The electric is not up-to-date in any of these additions that people put on their mobile homes. These are not licensed contractors, they’re just people googling “how to build an addition.” They’re connecting trailer to trailer to make it ONE.n... And Paula allows all of this illegal building to go on. She’s letting 8+ people live in one single wide mobile home. This is illegal and against code!nnForget about having visitors because now there’s nowhere to park anymore due to the owner who keeps adding mobile homes next to the garbage dump and Mobile home owners who were cramming 8+ people like a sardine can in an addition.

So, I noticed all the bad reviews for 1 star. I’m a resident living here for years. I noticed the people that post bad reviews are usually the ones who don’t follow the rules, or who’s homes are messy.nI don’t understand why they bad mouth the community, yet they don’t ever move? I wonder why when there are other parks in the area?

A dump

This place is the best, they have great quality and selections. I would recommend coming here. The staff is amazing and they are super friendly and there is always something for you to pick based off what you want; great selection.

Clean place to live. No garbage in the street is a plus. My friend lives here, it well maintained. Safe to live in.
