OUTSTANDING, FIRST RATE SERVICE! Purchased a Thin Blue Line Police & a Thin Red Line Fireman watch from Eli Adams. Adam & Eli were helpful, professional and LOVELY from start to finish. I had many questions, engraved both watches, with many phone calls, and Eli, Adam & their engraver (Ashley?) were kind, patient and a pleasure to work with. It is is lovely that they pay tribute to the service of first responders by offering these watches for Police, Fire & EMT''s. Can't wait to give these awesome watches to my sons!

WOW! Eli Adams Jewelers is absolutely amazing. The people and the service is beyond exceptional. This is my experience. I came across an ad they have on social media and I called them, this was Monday morning. I ask if the offer was still available, and I was told yes. I placed my order and told the gentlemen what I wanted inscribed. I was asked if I had a badge number and i said i did not and said that was a great idea so i told him i had to make a phone call to get it. I called back with the badge number and told them to do the inscription the way he thought would be best. Order done. Within a couple hours I got a message saying the package is being shipped. From start to finish, I got notifications what and where the package was. Two days later, it arrived at my front door. Fantastic service, communication and fast shipping. First time I went to Eli Adams Jewelers was after my husband purchased my engagement ring, they did such a beautiful job, we and our families have been going back there ever since, we could never go anywhere else after working with Adam and Eli and the rest of their team! Outstanding watch and Outstanding customer service. I called in on Tuesday at 2PM. I had questions and they answered them all. I ordered the watch then. 2 hours later, I got an email that the watch was done and was being shipped. Fast Forward 2 days and the watch was delivered to my home. Thank you, I ma impressed
