This review is a response to the wellner Anderson review.this customer changed his alternator here at Mike's Texico on February 2, 2016. Upon changing his alternator he was recommended that his battery need to be replaced as well because the battery will damage the alternator in the long run. The customer refused to change the battery even though he was warned that it will damage the alternator. Six months later the alternator failed and the customer returned with a damaged alternator. We replaced the alternator and only charged him labor. This is why the customer gave us a bad review after he was warned about changing the battery. Don't believe every review you read there's always another side to the story we always try to do our best to satisfy our customers. This is what happens when you do not listen to a honest mechanics recommendation

the guy is a thief /take your car someplace else /even giving him one star is to much
