seems great. i have never had any issues. the machine works fine and they usually have anything that i want.

Thier touch screens are never calibrated, takes anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to try and figure out where to touch just right. Both machines behave the same. Called their customer service just to wait another 20 minutes to speak with someone, and the conversation was extremely difficult. I dont know if it was the persons phone are a language barrier. Horrible experience!

Easy place to get good movies or games to rent. Very convenient and it's by the gas station and it can be accessed on foot.

Just a simple Redbox location at the local Chevron. Selections seems to be pretty good, as it's out of the way.
