Bought a stretchy bead bracelet. It was over-priced, feels like it will break within a week, and has some of the worst shaped beads that frankly I'm not sure are all the same.

Bought a necklace and it fell apart day I received it. When I called back with a request to have it restrung the owner was completely unhelpful and had a total lack of compassion as I was over the 30-day return period. I will never shop at this place again

House of Onyx is the Jeweler of Jewelers, in addition to be a great jeweler for the general shopper. While shopping, I've noticed many other customers are actually jewelers themselves looking to take high quality merchandise at a good price back to their store for resale. House of Onyx is definitely the place to shop for honest descriptions of very good products.
