As a professional woman and business owner myself, I know how important it is to provide great customer service. Unfortunately this business has not provided me with that as a first time customer. I have waited 6 months for my contacts, and even with COVID affecting everyone I would’ve expected a delay but not a 6 month delay. I have called and spoke to Susan many times, who had assured me that my contacts would be in mid-August. It is now September and I have not heard back from Stratham Family Eye Care. I would not do business with this company again, they have taken my money and provided nothing. NOT reliable.

Dr. Collins has endless patience with children. I can't say enough about both him and his wife. They are amazing.

My husband and I have been going to Stratham Family Eye Care for years and have always been satisfied with the professional, personalized service we've received. The prescriptions are always accurate with no problems but beyond that, much care is taken by the optometrist's wife to make sure our glasses fit perfectly which we have found over the years is so important.

STRATHAM FAMILY EYE CARE IS THE BEST !!nnI have been using them for over 20 years, since they opened !! My children went there as kids, (VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY), they are now grown and they still go there. My husband, who has perfect vision, goes there just in case.....to keep his eyes perfect!nnBarry diagnosed a condition in my optic nerve, and referred me to Boston's MASS EYE & EAR. The specialist eye MD there was AMAZED that my condition was diagnosed by an optometrist (Barry) during my annual routine eye exam. THAT's HOW GOOD BARRY IS !!!nnSusan and Barry are extremely caring professionals. They contribute a GREAT SERVICE to our community.

Scheduled for a 10:15 new patient exam. Arrived at 10:15 and the office was closed with the hours listed as opening at 10:30. Waited until 10:30 and no one arrived for my scheduled appointment. Not impressed! Won't be rescheduling.
