I wrote an entire paragraph why I’m giving them one star, but I erased it because it was a little much. In a nutshell — the receptionists are very rude and short on the phone. I have spoken ONCE (of many times) to a person who was kind and helpful. They have given me attitude for simply asking questions. My doctor is kind and I like her a lot, but I am genuinely considering switching doctors so I don’t have to deal with the receptionists of this office.

Worst clinic ever. Have stuck it out with this horrible place for way longer than I should’ve. In a nutshell, no matter what the issue is, whenever I’ve called about anything I know I will have to call many many times over about the same thing because it is never taken care of with just one conversation. Not only do I have to call over and over and over and over again, but even then- the task at hand is rarely executed properly. Basically this is the most incompetent, useless, uncaring staff I’ve ever worked with. I will say that the front desk staff are at least friendly- hence the 1 star.

Made an appointment several months ago that got cancelled less than three weeks before the appointment because the doctor won't be in the office. Their current openings are over three months out and they would not put me on a waiting cancellation list... If you are looking for a caring, personal, local family practice- this is not it.

Waited over 1/2 hr after calling core peds asking when the labs for core physicians was open, even conversed with pediatrician on subject of us going to get labs soon at core. I called and asked a week in advanced before specialist ordered labs to mail to us the paperwork. I asked if we needed an appointment for labs at core and they said no. FYI: They will only accept labs from core physicians. If you see a specialist, but your primary is at Core, unless it's Core who ordered them then you will wait in waiting room forever. But then only to find out you can't get your labs done here, waste your time trying to get labs you really need done. I called our specialist, which is well know; they said as long as your insurance plan pays, you can get your labs wherever insurance will pay, and core likes to make their own rules and change them often. Waiting with a child for labs is bad enough, but they don't even acknowledge or care about a child waiting when there are no other patients in line for labs. My child should not even be in such waiting room which is shared with the core adult practice during covid. The lady who looked at our paperwork was un empathetic and frankly didn't care. She said there was a sign by check-in and she couldn't do our labs after finally coming to get us in waiting room. There are 20 signs by check-in all we're torn and looked old. No ones going to read that many notices on top of Covid messages everywhere, plus I called. Seriously disappointed by core lab service and the clear disconnect between Core physicians practices and lab policys. Suggestion to Core if your screen ing for covid and person says I'm here for labs spare them time ask those people if they are Core physician ordered or from outside Core and let them know before having them check-in.
