I stay in Exeter with my mother for extended periods and she has lived in the area for approximately 15 years, so I am rather familiar with the Exeter post office. I also try to have most of my important mail sent to her house whether I'm there or not because at least then I can feel as if my mail is being safely delivered. Sure, sometimes the mail gets mixed up with that of a neighbor. But I think that's relatively common for all post offices. My mother loves to shop online and as far as I can tell she has very few issues with packages being delivered. Although she does use FedEx on occasion. I will often bring letters and packages inside the office to be weighed and sent out from there. Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. I also have a service dog who is still in training and I bring her in with me and I have never had a problem with anyone having issues with such. All in all, I believe they do their best.
