We were renovating our bathroom a few years ago and walked in to get some ideas and product information. There were a few salespeople on the floor who did not approach is. Finally someone came up and asked us if we needed help, we explained our project and she went to grab someone else because she was new and still training. Another associate came over, we told her we were re-doing our bathroom and she told us they don't really deal with bathrooms, only kitchens, and sorry we can't help. Despite the fact there were bathroom displays all over the store. I don't know if we gave off some kind of vibe that we wouldn't be purchasing but it was really upsetting to be treated like that. We are actually planning to renovate our kitchen this summer and will not be coming here.
Jordan is the best and very helpful
I visited the Exeter store twice--most recently this past week. The first visit I had an appointment. The second I was a walk in. Both times the staff could not have been more rude and unhelpful.nnLast week's visit was particularly disappointing. A salesperson sitting at her desk could not be bothered to give me pricing let alone product information on an expensive LED bathroom mirror. I left and drove to Ferguson's in Burlington MA. I investigated my options with a willing salesperson and made the purchase I intended to make at Frank Webb. I'll never go back to shop at Webb again. Apparently, they're so busy, they don't need my business.
I was help right away. Was able to get in and out and on my day.
Always go here first. Friendly and helpful with everything!! Love it!!
