Have been going here for many years. Have always had a pleasant experience. Very helpful Techs and Pharmacists.

Rude. Rude. Rude. No hello, just a demand to come to the counter when it was my turn. I called to refilled my prescription 30 hours ago, and was told it would be ready by noon today. Nope. Still not ready. Every time I come here I have to wait 30 minute plus for my prescription. Then when I asked why prepackaged meds would take that long to prepare, I was invited to fill out an application “if I think being a pharmacy tech was so easy.” Nice. Wish I didn’t have to go to this pharmacy, but their the only ones who carry my meds. What happened to good customer service? A simple “hello”, and “I’m sorry you had to wait” would’ve been sufficient.

Counter service is not staffed. Customers are serviced by pharmacy staff and not theirnPriority.
