Just finished a great appointment with two very professional and knowledgeable representatives.nThey arrived on time, introduced themselves and we got starting talking.nnAfter answering a few questions to help decide what product is best for my home space and what I want to come on during power outage. They showed me the size of the unit, they had a mat the actual size so it was very easy to see footprint.nnAfter a few minutes they were able to calculate what product I needed, and what service they provide?. Which folks, is everything. They work with local building code officers, and arrange for deliveries and set up the attachment to electric panel. They also have a great responsibility priced service plan.nnIt was a pleasant visit, lots of information I asked tons of questions. They were very patient and kind. I will recommend to my two neighbors.

I was referred to Generator Supercenter and set an appointment for an evaluation. Matt came over and assessed my needs and we ended the meeting with a proposal for the installation of a 22kw generator. Several weeks later I was notified that they were ready to do the installation. The crew came out and did the complete install in one afternoon. Today the generator was test started and its operation explained to me. Every employee I have met has impressed me with their level of professionalism and courtesy. If you need a generator these are the people to call. You wont be sorry. Good product at a fair price, installed and serviced by a professional organization.

Had a great consultation with Matt to discuss a whole home Generac. He showed me where the generator would be installed, noting the electric and gas hookups my house has. Then Matt explained to me what will happen in the basement at the electric panel. Finally we discussed what size generator our house will require and we went over the different models and prices.nnGenerator Supercenter offers turn key pricing so there are no surprises -- I really like that!
